Winning points near the net is key if you want to have a good attacking game. Aerial strokes have multiple technical details that make them really complicated, and in this course, we aim to help you improve them day to day during your matches and training sessions. You will learn how to improve the “bandeja”, the “víbora”, and the different types of smashes (smash out by 3, and smash out by 4).
