Welcome to the padel laterality course. I’m Óscar Marhuenda and I want to show you in this course the influence that the dominant eye has when you play padel.

In this course you will find out what laterality is, you will see what kind of laterality we have and I will tell you how to find out the laterality of your players and why some strokes and directions are easier and more natural than others.

We will also see how our dominant eye influences our game, as our dominant eye has a direct impact on technical, tactical and mental aspects of our game. Discover the preference of one side of your own body over the other and start to strengthen your game.
