Padel research

Welcome to the Padel Research Course. I am Bernardino Sánchez-Alcaraz, professor at the Faculty of Sports Sciences of the University of Murcia, coach, and researcher in padel.

In this innovative course, we will explore and develop the results of various studies that have applied research to padel. These studies are grouped into different areas, such as performance analysis, technical and biomechanical aspects, physical condition, sports injuries, variables affecting match scores, and more.

In addition, you will learn all the statistics and competition statistics and their influence on the result of the point or match, so that you can get the most out of them by applying them in your tournaments or training sessions.
