General Terms and Conditions for Certified Courses by Padelmba
These general conditions, along with any applicable specific conditions, constitute the contract between PNPN SPORTSMBA S.L. (hereinafter referred to as PADELMBA) and any user making a purchase or enrollment in training courses (hereinafter referred to as the Client or User) through www.padelmba.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
Identification of the Parties In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, PADELMBA provides the following information as the contracting party owning the Website:

Products This contract regulates the terms and conditions applicable to the Client’s contracting of PADELMBA’s educational services by enrolling in the selected training program from the courses offered on the Website.
These conditions are formulated in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
These general conditions will apply to the products and services offered in the “Professional Certifications” section of the PADELMBA website.
Certified Padel – Certifications
Purchase Process Any purchase or enrollment in certified courses implies full acceptance of these conditions.
Internet Sales System. To make a purchase, the User must select the items they wish to acquire and follow the steps of the purchasing process defined on our website. These general contracting conditions and, if applicable, the specific conditions of each course apply to the orders placed.
Once the purchase is complete, the User can access the contracted services by logging into the PADELMBA portal or the Academy and entering their account.
PADELMBA will inform the User by email of the necessary steps to access their account. However, access to the services will not be available until PADELMBA has confirmation of payment, and it becomes effective.
Applicable Taxes. The prices of products and services displayed on the PADELMBA website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that is applicable, if any.
Payment Method and Security Payments will be made online through the means and payment methods provided by PADELMBA. This payment is secure, and orders are recorded and validated after the bank accepts the payment.
In certain cases, to prevent potential fraud, PADELMBA reserves the right to request a specific form of payment if the buyer’s identity is not clearly established.
PADELMBA ensures the security and confidentiality of all communications with its Clients. All online payment operations are carried out through secure servers, based on the SSL standard that protects data against third-party violation attempts.
PADELMBA guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal, address, payment, and any other data provided by its Clients in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Withdrawal and Course Duration Conditions The Client has the right to withdraw and cancel enrollment in any online certification without the need to justify the decision and without any penalty, provided that they have not viewed more than 20% of the content of the first block.
For online courses associated with in-person sessions, the following scenarios exist:
If the entire syllabus has been completed up to at least 20% of the first block, no refund will be processed, and the Client will have a maximum of 2 years from the enrollment date to attend an in-person session at any available location and date.
If the User has not completed more than 20% of the first block of the course, they can request a refund as long as their withdrawal is covered by another enrollment during that period. In that case, a 100% refund will be processed, provided it adheres to the specified deadlines in the following section.
Deadlines To exercise this right, the Client must express their intention via email through the address [email protected] within the following deadlines:
Online certifications: 14 natural days from the purchase date. Certifications with in-person sessions: 14 natural days before the session date. In the event of the aforementioned withdrawal and as long as the conditions are met, PADELMBA will proceed to exchange the product or refund the corresponding or total amount of payments received within a maximum period of 14 days from the refund request date. The refund amount may vary depending on the payment method used by the Client.
If the client does not meet the specified deadlines, only the portion corresponding to the online training will be refunded, provided they have not exceeded the percentage of course viewing mentioned above.
Content Availability PADELMBA guarantees enrollment in courses associated with in-person sessions as long as there are available slots and the payment has been successfully made by the client.
Similarly, some online courses may unlock their content periodically until complete publication.
PADELMBA guarantees access to the content corresponding to online courses for a period of one year from the moment of enrollment, with automatic expiration after this time period.
PADELMBA reserves the right to modify the commercial offer on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time, although such modifications will not apply to previously made contracts.
PADELMBA reserves the right to transfer the contractual position to any company that is part of its group of companies in accordance with the provisions of Article 42 of the Commercial Code in conjunction with Article 18 of the Capital Companies Law.
PADELMBA makes every effort within its means to provide accurate and typo-free information on the website. In the event of a typographical error, unrelated to PADELMBA’s will, immediate correction will be made.
If there is a typographical error in any of the displayed prices, and a Client has made a purchase decision based on that error, PADELMBA will notify the client of the error, and the client will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
These general terms and conditions can be read or printed by any visitor to our website and remain in effect as long as they are published on the aforementioned website www.padelmba.com.
Customer Rights and Responsibilities The Customer has expressly requested and received necessary information from PADELMBA regarding the course to be taken, including service details, payment quantity, and method.
PADELMBA undertakes to provide the Customer with the necessary pedagogical content and online support for the complete development of the enrolled course, according to the chosen study mode.
Upon completion of the course, the Customer will receive a corresponding certificate from PADELMBA, accrediting their training.
In case of in-person sessions, the Customer must attend the selected location and date, respecting the deadlines and instructions given by PADELMBA for such training.
In case of a delay or inability to attend the in-person session, the Customer must notify PADELMBA as soon as possible, following the procedure established for such cases.
The Customer will be responsible for any equipment, software, or internet connection needed to access the online courses.
Any breach of the rules set forth in this document or any inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate suspension of the Customer’s access to the course, without the right to any refund.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law For the resolution of disputes or issues related to this website or the activities developed on it, Spanish legislation will apply, to which the parties expressly submit, being competent for the resolution of all conflicts derived or related to its use, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
