This plan is usually activated initially. It is focused from an educational perspective so that the club’s staff gain the tools and knowledge to act according to the “Action Plan.” Our team is responsible for developing, sending, and transmitting a detailed guide to the plans and actions to be carried out in your club to achieve the objectives in an orderly and efficient manner. It involves holding periodic meetings (weekly) via video call with the aim of exchanging information: CLIENT – EXPERT to achieve timely objectives in the club. The meetings/sessions are grouped into “Plans” ordered by themes.
Always here with you – Annual Consultancy
This plan is usually activated when the staff has already gained experience, understood the action plan, and its tasks to be performed. It is very useful for obtaining a gauge of how the different activities are going and thus being able to evolve the club, as well as generating plans for new creations. Club management will always be supervised by our expert team.
It consists of a consultancy modality in which our team of experts accompanies the owner, manager, and/or coordinator in their tasks to achieve the set objectives.
Do it for you – On-Site Assistance
This plan is usually activated to visit a facility to be converted into a future paddle club, or in the weeks leading up to the “Launch” and also at key moments such as; opening week, software change, recycling or training of new staff, etc.
It involves the deployment of a team member to the club to assess and act on-site through continuous work sessions over time.
